You can cancel your order for a full refund. We’ve updated our return policy so you can cancel unshipped orders at any time for a full refund.

We offer expedited shipping for a flat rate of $15.99 or standard shipping for $6.99 per order. If your order total exceeds $50, shipping is free.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy
The item(s) must be in their original condition and must include the return label and hygiene seal. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
GGmiu.com offers a full refund (product price excluding original shipping costs).
All returns can be sent to our returns warehouse in the United States.

Requesting a return has never been easier!
We offer a 14-day hassle-free return. To initiate a return, please email us at support@GGmiu.com within 14 days of receiving your package using the email address you used to process your order.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs for returned items unless the items are defective. We also cannot reimburse the return shipping costs.
Once we receive the items, we will ship your new items or you will receive a refund (product price excluding original shipping costs).
We are not responsible for the loss of returned items. We recommend using a registered mail service to return items and record tracking information.
What happens if the item I receive is damaged or defective?
We work hard to ensure that all products we sell are of the highest quality. However, if you have any concerns about a faulty or damaged product, please email us at support@GGmiu.com so we can quickly investigate the matter for you!
